Pomegranate Guacamole

Preparation time: 0 min Servings: 6
Cooking time: 0 min

Ingredients:
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
2 large avocados, pits removed, peeled and diced
3/4 cup pomegranate seeds, for garnish
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Cooking Directions:

Place diced avocados in bowl. Score fresh pomegranate and place in a bowl of water. Break open the pomegranate underwater to free the seeds. The seeds will sink to the bottom of the bowl and the membrane will float to the top. Sieve and put the seeds in a separate bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup of the seeds from fruit and set aside. Add 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds and the remaining ingredients to the diced avocados. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place guacamole in a serving bowl and sprinkle remaining pomegranate seeds on top for garnish. Serve with assorted color tortilla chips.


*Note-recently I made this again but I added sliced cherry tomatoes it was fantastic

This recipe is amazing, you will be scratching the bottom of the bowl wanting more.

She has had tons of hobbies like us she also has the craft store curse of coming out with a new hobby. We found another knitter but, handmade jewelry is a passion...it is an obsession...

Stocking Tally 0 out of 24, but we have to give the bun bun credit her patches look amazing and she has been working on those. We hope that she can fit a stocking, two or four in there to catch up. I prescribe Holiday music to get you in the mood and turn down the air.

Hello from the Raven Nest

Hello from the Raven Nest here is a photo of me working on the shrug that I told you about. I also have a new baby blanket I am working on for the shop. In April we will have blankets available at the shows. 

We have so many new plans; a web site is in the works, and new business cards. We will also be having a few blogs featuring some very special shops so look forward to those in the coming days.
